Warranty Coverage
Nayansukh Eyewear offers a 1-year limited warranty on all eyewear products purchased directly from Nayansukh or authorized retailers. This warranty covers:
- Manufacturing defects in material or workmanship, including:
- Defective frames
- Lens defects (cracking, distortion, etc.)
- Loose hinges or hardware
What’s Not Covered
Our warranty does not cover the following:
- Normal wear and tear, including scratches on lenses or frames
- Damage caused by improper use or accidents (e.g., dropping, crushing, exposure to extreme temperatures)
- Unauthorized repairs or modifications
- Loss or theft of the product
Warranty Claims
To initiate a warranty claim:
- Contact Nayansukh Customer Support with proof of purchase (receipt or order number) and photos of the defect.
- Our team will assess your claim and provide further instructions for repair, replacement, or other remedies.
Replacement Process
If the defect falls under warranty coverage, we will either:
- Repair the product free of charge
- Replace the product with the same model or a similar product of equal value if the original model is no longer available
Please note that replacement products are also covered for the remainder of the original warranty period.
